Jayan Mathews
Co-founder & CEO
Jayan Mathews is the Co-founder and CEO at Sencov. Prior to Sencov, he was the Insurance Director at Cover Genius India, leading the team and continuing to expand the company’s insurance and commercial partnerships within India.
Prior to this, Jayan founded Vital, a healthcare financial solutions company. He has been in leadership roles at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Apollo Munich Health Insurance and Bharti Axa Life Insurance. He has over 18 years’ of experience in the field of insurance and product development. Jayan holds an MBA degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Ashish Priyadarshi Sharma
Co-founder & CPOps
With over 12 years of experience in product strategy, business development, and sales solutions, Ashish Priyadarshi Sharma is a seasoned professional dedicated to driving growth through strategic partnerships. Prior to co-founding Sencov, he held key business-driving roles at leading organizations including Snapmint, Cover Genius, CPP Group India, Deloitte, and Canon.
A proven expert in technology, financial and assistance services, insurance, and protection solutions, Ashish excels at identifying opportunities and leveraging partnerships to deliver exceptional business results. He holds a Global MBA in Marketing from SP Jain and has consistently earned merit positions throughout his academic journey.
